Our work in pictures

These are the moments your support makes possible. Real dogs, real recoveries — from our first rescue to our latest campaign. Open a campaign below to explore.

Campaign one — where it all began Saving Hope

Hope was found collapsed on a sidewalk — nothing but skin and bones. She was rushed to an emergency vet, survived against the odds, and became the inspiration for this charity. This is her transformation.

Other dogs saved — Goofy

Goofy was a stray living on the streets of Jamaica when he was struck by a car. The accident left him with two broken legs and a dislocated shoulder — and for more than seven months he was left to fend for himself, suffering without the care he so desperately needed.

Everything changed when FurEver Hope stepped in. Goofy was rescued and given the medical care, rehabilitation, and love he deserved. Through months of dedicated treatment, he gradually regained his strength and mobility.

In August 2026 he made the journey to the United Kingdom and a chance to start a new life. From a severely injured street dog with little chance of survival to a happy, healthy companion, Goofy's journey shows that every dog deserves a second chance. ❤️🐾

Other dogs saved — Blessed

After — safe and thriving in London

Blessed was just a tiny abandoned puppy when we found her on the streets of Jamaica — skin and bone, her belly full of worms, her gums pale white from illness and neglect.

We almost didn't find her at all. We were on our way to rescue another dog when we came across her. We were too late for that one — but in the middle of that heartbreak, there was Blessed, and we knew we couldn't leave her behind.

We started treating her right there on the roadside. As you can see from the photos, we pulled off as many ticks as we could by hand — her ears were covered in them — and treated the fleas that had left her so uncomfortable. Once she was stable, we rushed her across the island to a veterinary clinic.

After three months recovering with our export partner, she was strong enough for the journey to a new life. Today she lives safely in London with our founder — proof that one act of compassion can change a life completely. ❤️🐶

Meet Hugo

Hugo is our wonderful 10-year-old Labrador, and a much-loved member of the FurEver Hope family.

From puppyhood until he was 18 months old, he was trained by Guide Dogs, then went on to work as a guide dog for a blind owner. While Hugo was still working, Rebecca, CEO of the FurEver Hope Foundation, began volunteering to take him on walks and runs, giving both dog and owner a bit of extra support. Hugo loved every outing, and a real bond grew between them.

When Hugo was four, his owner passed away. Rebecca welcomed him into her home, where he has remained ever since.

During his years with Guide Dogs, Hugo was also a standout fundraising ambassador, helping raise more than £1.8 million towards training future guide dogs. He met public figures and appeared in the media, moments you can see in the photographs.

Today he enjoys a happy retirement with Rebecca and the other rescue dogs she has brought home from Jamaica: a calm, steady presence while the younger ones learn how to settle into family life.

Campaign three — emergency response Hurricane Melissa relief

When Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica, dogs that already had nothing were left starving. We flew out with your donations, collected food in bulk, and ran emergency feeding rounds — for street dogs and for families who suddenly couldn't feed their own.
